I’m not here to reinvent the wheel.  Nope.  That’s already been done.  And it’s a good wheel - meaning, there are solid movement standards in place.

What I see as my role in this world of strength training is - a liaison.  I’m here to communicate, translate, and interpret those standards to gym members.  I’m here to keep people safe in their fitness, optimize their time in the gym, challenge appropriately to reach their strength goals.
