I just saw someone selling a gigantic nautilus machine on Whidbey buy/sell/trade. If you’re looking to fill the space of a single car garage and you don’t have a car, that may be the thing for you.
It’s good to have options.
I also plugged into Google search: Fitness on Whidbey Island and there were a variety of choices that popped up. While choices aren’t limitless there ARE a lot of options for general fitness. Some place where you can get your sweat on. Yoga, pilates, Zumba, spin class, Crossfit, marital arts, more yoga and more pilates. It’s here. Then there are the cycling clubs, golf/country clubs, running groups, hiking groups, public parks and so many sporting events hosted here or nearby even in the fall and winter. And more choices are in the works!
Lucky us to have so many options – right?!
So, what’s it going to be? It’s fun to try and learn new activities! It’s also extremely important to find an activity that meets your health and fitness needs which you can maintain and be consistent with.
