I’m not here to reinvent the wheel. Nope. That’s already been done. And it’s a good wheel - meaning, there are solid movement standards in place. What I see as my role in this world of strength training is - a liaison. I’m here to communicate, translate, and interpret those standards to gym members. A Workout By Any Other Name...
